Personally, I would try to salvage the +1/20% Illusion mod. Seems weird that it requires Channeling but has 20% recharge to Divine Favor and then the Illusion mod.

Mixed mods staves are a common drop. I would salvage too, either mod is kinda ok, just hope you don't get wood.

i salvaged it and got the wrapping of illusion magic +1/20, i'm selling it, this is the thread

I believe the +1 Illusion mod is 5k now, could be wrong, though.
